What we collect

• Contact details: name and email (required for every order) and optional billing address and country.
• Order details: the public links you give us, quantities, notes and order history.
• Account details if you create one: a securely hashed password (we can't see it) and optional two-step verification settings.
• Support conversations: tickets and chat messages.
• Technical data: IP address and basic logs, used for security and abuse prevention.

We don't store card numbers. Card and crypto payments are handled by our payment partners, who have their own privacy policies.

How we use it

To deliver orders, send updates and receipts, answer support requests, prevent fraud, and meet legal and accounting obligations. We don't sell your data.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in and protect forms. Your cart is stored in your browser. We don't use advertising cookies.

Retention

Order records are kept for accounting for as long as the law requires. If you delete your account, we remove your login and personal details, and keep order records without your name.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion. Open a ticket or delete your account from the Security page.
