These terms apply when you use the StartersInc website or buy from us. By placing an order or creating an account you agree to them.

Our services

We provide promotion services for social media accounts and content (such as followers, likes, views, comments, reshares and server members) and sell digital products such as prebuilt Titan setups. Delivery times shown on the site are estimates, not guarantees.

Your responsibilities

• You must own the account or content you order for, or have permission to promote it.
• Keep accounts and posts public until an order completes. We never need, and will never ask for, your password.
• Give accurate contact details. We use your email for order updates and receipts.
• If you're under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian to order.

Platform actions

Social platforms apply their own rules and automated systems. They may restrict, suspend or terminate accounts, or remove engagement, including by mistake (for example by wrongly flagging activity as spam). StartersInc is not responsible for any action a platform takes on your account or content, and these events are not covered by refunds or refills. You confirm you understand this at checkout.

Refills

Orders with a refill option can request top-ups if counts drop within the refill period, up to the number of requests included. Refills are void if the account or post becomes private, is deleted, or changes username or link.

Payments

Prices are shown in US dollars. Crypto payments must be sent in the exact coin and network shown; payments sent on the wrong network may be unrecoverable. Card payments are processed by our payment partner and may require identity verification.

Digital products

Digital products are licensed for your personal use and may not be resold or shared. Download links expire after the number of downloads or days shown on your order.

Prohibited use

Don't use our services for content that is illegal, hateful, or infringes someone else's rights, and don't attempt to interfere with the site's security. We may refuse or cancel orders that break these terms.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to an order is the one in force when you placed it.
