Refund policy

• Not started: orders that haven't started can be cancelled for a full refund.
• Partially delivered: we refund the undelivered portion.
• Delivered: completed orders aren't refundable. Drops within a refill period are handled with refills.
• Platform actions: suspensions, restrictions, or engagement removed by a platform are not refundable.
• Digital products: not refundable once the download link has been used, unless the file is faulty and we can't fix it.

Crypto refunds are sent to an address you provide, in the same coin where possible, at the value in US dollars at the time of the original payment. Card refunds go back to the original card.
